Pursuant to KVKK, the data controller is Ecolarium Dijital Teknolojileri A.Ş. (hereinafter "Ecolarium" or "Company"). Your personal data is processed in this capacity.

In the scope of forms submitted via our website, email correspondence and contractual relationships, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

- Contact (email, phone, organization)

5. Data Transfer
Your personal data may be shared, with appropriate safeguards, with authorized public authorities, legal counsel and infrastructure providers (server, email, content delivery network) only as necessary. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare's infrastructure for security and performance; when you visit the site, your IP address and browser information are processed on Cloudflare servers. In addition, fonts are loaded via Google Fonts and the map on the contact page via Google Maps; in the process, limited technical data such as your IP address and browser information is transmitted to Google servers. The servers of these providers (Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC, USA) may be located abroad, and such transfers are governed by the respective provider's privacy policy. No other transfer of personal data abroad takes place.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing or by applicable statutory limitations; thereafter it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you may request from the data controller: confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed, information thereof, the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with such purpose, the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically, correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction, and compensation for damages incurred.
